Bluehost vs. WordPress

Hey all, I’m finally taking the plunge and building a website. But with all these options out there, I’m feeling a little lost. I keep seeing Bluehost and WordPress mentioned, but I’m not sure which one I actually need. Bluehost seems like a web hosting service, and WordPress… well, it sounds like the actual website builder itself? Is that right?

Can someone break down the difference between Bluehost and WordPress for a complete beginner like me?

Bluehost is an easy-to-use hosting provider offering shared, virtual private server (VPS) and dedicated hosting options. Shared hosting is ideal for basic websites or blogs with low traffic, but you can easily upgrade to a more advanced plan if needed.

Don’t go with Bluehost. They’re part of EIG and have overloaded servers. Plus, they add junk to your WordPress. Most cPanel hosts let you do a clean WordPress install with one click. Check the sidebar for better options.
