How to start blogging for beginners

I would really like to start a blog, but I worry it is too late.

Has anyone started recently and had a good experience?

Also, can anyone recommend an easy-to-use platform?

Relax and don’t be so hard on yourself. My simple advice, look for a solid niche that you want to focus on.
After finding the niche, you can open a website on WordPress, Wix, Substack, or Medium.
Train yourself how to write good content and then you can start your own domain afterwards.

Select the platform of your choice. Numerous blog platforms are available. Lots of possibilities for free. Given that WordPress is the most customizable, most people would choose it.

You can decide to host it yourself or take charge and obtain a hosting company and a domain. GoDaddy, Siteground, and so on

After installing WordPress, choose a theme. Your website’s operation and look are its themes. There are lots of free themes available. Some are also exclusive to a specialization.

Write articles and have them published.

SEO is a broad topic that covers Google indexing, social media sharing, keyword research, on-site optimization, and off-site optimization.

That ought to get you going. If you’re interested, there are connections to my website under my profile.

There are several hosting and name purchasing websites available. My life is made easier with Siteground hosting and Namecheap for purchasing domains. Siteground’s unlimited website hosting comes in handy as I manage numerous websites. However, Wordpress surpasses other platforms like Squarespace and Wix.
