My blog just got approved for Journey on this forum

I am so thrilled to announce that my blog received approval for Journey What makes this even more special is that my blog is just a few months old. I truly didn’t think I would get approved so quickly

For those who want to know about my traffic sources, I’ve been mainly using Pinterest and Facebook to attract visitors to my site. It’s incredible how much these platforms have helped my blog grow in such a short time

Just wanted to share this achievement with everyone For those new to blogging, keep going; great things can come sooner than you think

Can you explain how you use Pinterest to boost traffic to your site

@Asher
I add 4-5 new posts each week to my blog

I create 25-40 pins for every post and upload them all at once. Same titles, descriptions, everything. Just change the image

So I make one post, 25-40 pins for that same post and upload them all the same day
Repeat this 4-5 times a week

Some people have different methods
This is what works for me

Look on YouTube for ‘Pinterest affiliate marketing’ or how to drive traffic from Pinterest to your blog

@PostPioneer4
Is this your full-time job? I ask because Pinterest strategy takes a lot of time, and I’ve thought about outsourcing

I do everything with AI

Ideation, titles, content, images

I have one template on Canva, change the images and save
Upload image, save, delete - repeat

Creating one post and making 30 images takes about 1-1.5 hours

Spend an hour a day, 4-5 times a week and you’re set

Look on YouTube if you want to see how I do it

@PostPioneer4
So just to clarify, you make 25-40 pins for the same topic Do your followers not mind

I only have 30 followers for now

I don’t pin other people’s content and I don’t follow others to get followed back

I make 25-40 pins for the same URL

Most of my pins are just images without text
So 15 DIY ideas If they see 2 or 3 it will still help them

I see pins like banner ads spread all over Pinterest
You never know which image will go viral
So why send a few ‘soldiers’ into battle when you can send 30

@PostPioneer4
That’s interesting, I didn’t know it was possible to get that many views without followers! I’m new to Pinterest so this is helpful

+500k impressions each month

@Asher
1 Set up a Pinterest business account
2 Choose a niche that looks good like DIY, Home Decor, or Fashion
3 Start with 8-12 high-quality pins each day
4 Create 5-10 boards and name them using specific keywords (e.g., ‘small living room ideas’ instead of ‘living room decor’) Save trending pins from others to boost your authority
5 Create valuable content Write 20-30 list articles optimized for Pinterest traffic Use clickable titles like ‘10 Simple DIY Projects for 2025’ or ‘Top 5 Affordable Winter Fashion Trends’ Make your content useful with lists, tutorials, or product recommendations
6 Research keywords Pinterest works like a visual search engine and needs keywords So focus on them as your base
7 Design attractive pins Use tools like Canva or Ideogram to make bold and appealing pins Experiment with different styles: Text overlay pins, collages, or just images Make your pin titles catchy with strong words like ‘easy,’ ‘best,’ or ‘dazzling’ Add soft CTA buttons like ‘Read Now’ to your pins to boost clicks
8 Mix trending keywords with long-tail ones to keep good traffic (Trending ideas can change fast) Add pins from others to keep your boards fresh and to grow your authority Focus on making regular, high-quality pins rather than flooding with low-quality content

A guy on Twitter gave me these tips and I’m using them

Congrats I have to say the effort you put into your blog must have been huge It’s not easy to keep going, and it can be frustrating You have reached the starting point and that is really great Wishing you all the best in your blogging

Congrats How many monthly sessions do you have

In the first three months, I had around 500 sessions each month but after that, it jumped to over 4,000 sessions

So you got approved with only 4000 sessions, that’s wild

@Asher
I think since I have an already approved blog, they granted my application with fewer sessions

What is your RPM now? And how many sessions did you need to get your first site approved
