Any good alternatives to AdSense that pay per click?

I’ve been using AdSense for years, but now they won’t approve new sites, even though mine has solid content. I put in a lot of effort, but no luck so far. Also tried AdsKeeper, but it only pays around $0.60 for every 1,000 clicks, which isn’t great.

I’ve invested time gathering info from people with a good niche. Are there any alternatives to AdSense that accept lower-traffic sites and pay at least $2 for every 1,000 views?

I ran into the same issue with AdSense, and changing my website theme was the only thing that worked for me.

Interesting…what theme did you end up using?

Astra.

AdSense actually still accepts a lot of sites. I had two newer sites accepted just yesterday. What’s the link to your site?

Can you share how you did it?

Honestly, just having decent organic traffic or social media traffic helps. Also, avoid too much AI-generated spam.

@Stephanie
Where would you recommend getting that traffic from?

Even though AdSense says it pays for impressions, clicks definitely seem to make a difference. My sites with more clicks earn more than those with the same views.

Every now and then, I see people promoting Hydro online on here—I haven’t tried it, but it might be a scam. If your site gets a lot of visitors from high-income countries, you might want to look into Mediavine or Raptive (formerly AdThrive).

If your site has very low traffic, though, ads might not even be worth it.

Have you tried using a certified AdSense partner like Ezoic or Clickio?

You can find a list of partners here: https://www.google.com/ads/publisher/partners/find-a-partner/

One AdSense alternative you could look into is Hydro online—it’s a bit different since it pays based on how long users spend on your site rather than clicks.
