I am looking for a company or individual skilled in website design and SEO to help my small business rank higher on Google. I’ve looked through countless options, but I’m not sure who to trust. Any suggestions?

Thanks! I’m mostly trying to speak with people who have experience in this area so I can get a feel for different methods. I’m also trying to spot any potential scams.

If possible, find a company that specializes in your niche. For example, a friend of mine owns a moving company and works with Rotate Digital, who only does SEO for moving companies. Specialized agencies often know the best approaches.

I’ve used SmartSites, but had issues with their SEO quality. Recently switched to WebFX, and things are improving. PPC was good with SmartSites, but the SEO wasn’t working for us.
