Hey all, recently I’ve seen a lot of site owners face this issue where their pages get deindexed from Google’s search results. Is there any way to get them reindexed?
Check your search console to see if you’ve received any penalties. If so, that’s a major issue and you should try to fix it and appeal. If it says everything is fine, your site might have been hit by an algorithm update, and there’s not much you can do except wait it out and work on improving the site overall. Be sure to check the basics, like making sure you haven’t accidentally set the site to ‘noindex’.
@Gregory1
If you’ve been hit by the algorithm like I have, I’d recommend focusing on social media marketing. Maybe give up on Google SEO… It’s hard to build a business around something so unpredictable, like AI that moves your site from page 1 one day to page 50 the next.

Yeah, it’s good advice not to put everything in one basket. There are other platforms to explore that might help with visibility.

True. Google practically took my basket away and told me to make YouTube videos, saying my content wasn’t ‘good enough’ anymore.
@esleystanley
It’s good you can laugh about it. Don’t forget about other video sharing sites too; I’ve had luck with those being indexed by Google.
@esleystanley
Unpredictable algorithms can really be a pain. I switched to social media marketing when my site disappeared faster than my weekend plans. Have you tried Reddit marketing? Platforms like Pulse for Reddit, SocialBee, and Hootsuite helped me keep visibility without depending solely on Google. It worked out for me while managing my business.
Are your pages not indexed or are they just not ranking? A lot of people mix these up.

They are not indexed.

I have around 100k pages indexed, but they just aren’t ranking anymore.
Have you checked for manual actions in the Search and Manual Actions section of Google Search Console?

Yes, both show no issues detected.

Well, that’s good. Maybe just take a break and relax for a bit.
You could try submitting your sitemap again. You can also use a URL indexer to push your URLs to the indexer in Google Search Console. It’s likely an algorithm issue. I had the same problem.
This might be the same issue I’m facing. My traffic dropped over 50%.
Are you using Cloudflare? Maybe you’re blocking Google’s bot by accident.
I can check your website and share a report on what’s going on.
Some clients who didn’t update their websites or create quality content had a lot of pages fall off page 1. After finally rewriting the content, things improved, but their website scores were still bad. We added fresh content a couple of weeks ago, but their pages still weren’t being indexed until we did a few things. First, make sure your content is high-quality and natural, not stuffed with keywords. Remove the spammy stuff and just talk about the subject. For now, focus on keywords in the title tags and the H1 header. Don’t forget to check internal linking and make sure it’s not overdone. Lastly, run a site audit with a tool like SEMrush or Ahrefs and check for any performance or technical SEO issues. One more thing—check for security problems by searching for site:yourdomain.com in Google and reviewing your Search Console.

I can’t imagine having this guy write content for my site.
