How often do you check your traffic stats?

I check mine 2-3 times per week. But when I first started, I checked it multiple times a day.

I don’t have any stats yet. I deleted my Medium account because I wanted to keep my work private.

You’re right, bad traffic can really ruin your day. I check multiple times a day too. I know I should focus on creating content instead, but I can’t help it. I’ll try your method and hopefully see some positive results.

Start by checking once a week. It will help you be more productive.

If checking stats motivates you without causing stress, then it’s fine. But overall, try to focus on writing and the work itself. The stats will sort themselves out eventually.
