What do you think about About pages

I have an About Me page. I’ve heard from several people that it helps your audience get to know you better since it’s more personal. I think things might change in terms of what pages blogs have over time. Personally, I don’t think About Me pages hurt anything. I kept mine a bit general, but I think it adds a nice touch.

I’ve noticed many About pages link to social media, allowing readers to connect on that level too.

I enjoy About pages when they are done well. They provide an easy way to share more about the blogger beyond just the usual content.

I opted for the About section. I do think it’s important to share who you are with the reader. But does it need to be a whole page?

When I find a blog post on a site I’m not familiar with, I usually want to know what the blog is generally about, so I check the About Me page.

I believe it can help new readers understand the thoughts behind your website and your content. A good About Me/Us page can help connect the reader to the content.

I think you’re right about that.
