I’ve heard that many SEO professionals are trying to automate tasks and have managed to double or even triple their work speed and quality. I’m curious if anyone here can share what they’ve automated so far, how much time it’s saved, and what they plan to automate next.
I used a tool recently that I don’t recommend. It’s been spammy and ineffective.

I’m guessing you’re involved with that tool. It seems like it’s not worth using.
I’ve been using the ‘Get User Intent’ AI SEO report from Keywords Everywhere a lot. It’s impressive how useful ChatGPT can be when given the right data and prompts.

That sounds interesting. I’ll check it out. Thanks for sharing.

I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks for the tip .
Same question here! I’m also waiting for some answers. Please tag me when you can .
I use AI for content planning, especially for creating outlines, headings, and subheadings. I start with a basic outline, then use AI to expand it. After that, I verify the information and write the content myself. I also use tools like Perplexity for quick research, which saves time and improves my SEO strategy.
@Lucypiper
That sounds like a solid approach. Why Perplexity though, and not Claude?
I’m automating GBP posts and setting up some default strategies that will be integrated into my SaaS tool, TrackRight.
I’ve automated article writing and link building.

How do you automate link building?

I don’t fully automate link building as that could get me penalized by Google. I have a team that scrapes content from Google, spins it, and then uses those unique copies to create blog posts, profile links, and web 2.0 submissions.
@Barry
Why waste time with web 2.0 submissions? I don’t find them useful anymore.

Have you automated the writing and link-building processes, or are you planning to?

Yes, I have automated it.
@Barry
Would you be open to sharing how you did it?

I use tools like ChatGPT and Rytr for creating articles. For backlinks, I use a scraper and spin the content to create blog posts, web 2.0 submissions, and profile backlinks.
@Barry
I see. That might lead to low-quality content and backlinks, but if it works for you, that’s great.
It might sound funny, but I use ChatGPT more for customer interactions, preparing offers, and the like. I haven’t had much success with writing articles yet. They didn’t rank well. But I’ve found it helpful for creating fake comments, which is kind of funny. In the future, though, I’ll likely use it more for keyword research and article suggestions.
