Why did Google delete all my reviews…

I had 3 reviews from happy customers, but now they’re all gone. Over the last month, one by one, they disappeared.

I talked to my customers, and they confirmed they didn’t take their reviews down. It seems like Google removed them for some unknown reason.

What can I do to fix this?

Try emailing Google support and include screenshots of the reviews if you have them. They might be able to restore them.

Yeah, support is the way to go. They’re usually helpful with this stuff.

Are you sure you’re checking the right business listing? Sometimes people accidentally look at duplicate profiles.

I’ve checked, and Google shows this:

‘You have no reviews yet. Reviews build trust and help your Business Profile stand out to customers on Search and Maps.’

I’m completely lost on what went wrong!

Did you see the actual review comments before they disappeared? I had a client leave a review, but it got flagged as spam because they included a link. Once they edited it and removed the link, it showed up again.

@Franky
Yes, I saw them. Some were just text saying how happy they were, and a few had pictures. Nothing seemed unusual to me.

Google might have filtered them because the accounts weren’t trusted enough. Reviews can sometimes be held for weeks while their system checks them for authenticity.

Don’t stress too much. It might just be an update, and the reviews could reappear soon.

This happened to me too. It took months for reviews from my clients to show up. After going back and forth with Google, they finally appeared.

When this happened to me, I almost had a heart attack. My chest was still hurting 30 minutes later. It’s so stressful!

If you want, you can buy high-quality reviews that won’t get removed. Message me for details.

How do you even buy reviews?

Bad idea. Buying reviews goes against FTC rules, and you could get fined heavily for doing that.
