Yay I got accepted to Journey by Mediavine… Anyone else here with low US traffic?

I can’t believe it… I got accepted by Journey through Mediavine, even though less than 10% of my site’s traffic is from the US.

I do get over 10,000 visitors from the US every month, but I thought the high amount of non-US traffic would count against me.

To my surprise, they approved me in just two weeks!

My RPM was only $0.36 on the first day, and the impressions were low, but I’m hopeful it will get better.

So don’t lose hope, even if you have a lot of non-US traffic… as long as you have 10k visitors from the US, you can still join Journey!

Congrats! Yeah, my RPM was around $0.20 on the first day too, but now it’s about $18 on average, sometimes it even hits $23.

Yep, I installed the Grow plugin and applied the same day. Got approved two weeks later.

Congrats, I just got accepted too! I barely have 10k visitors, and even less from the US. I hope this gives other small bloggers hope! :pray:

Woo hoo! :tada: Congrats! Is it true they only accept blogs from the US? I’m from South Africa and most of my blog traffic is from the US, UK, and China.

Congrats on getting into Journey! That’s huge, especially with so much traffic from outside the US. It’s awesome to know they’re open to more global sites.

Don’t stress too much about the low RPM on day one… it usually takes a while for the ads to adjust and optimize. Keep creating great content, and the earnings should climb!
